National Certification Programme for Cardiac Rehabilitation Supplement 2026
Method: Data from the National Audit of Cardiac Rehabilitation (NACR) is used to quality assure services in the UK and in doing so creates an opportunity to support patient choice through sharing relevant data. The National Certification Programme for CR (NCP_CR) is a joint initiative between the British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (BACPR) and NACR that reports on the quality of CR in the UK. The 2026 report uses data from Jan-Dec 2025.
Key: ID = Insufficient data to provide statistically accurate figures for the KPI; ND = No data for the KPI
Amber with Seven = Where a programme is meeting all 7 KPIs but did not have a full year or complete submission of data so cannot be Green certified.

* Programme runs the Heart Manual for over 50% of patients and duration is no more than 6 weeks
** Heart Failure only programme. Under current certification KPI criteria, only eligible for 4 KPIs
