IDs and passwords

When I receive my starter pack, what do I do next?

When the starter pack is sent, NACR in York will automatically contact CCAD and ask that they set up a User ID for you. This will be emailed to you, with instructions of what to do next. If you don’t receive this within a couple of days, please call the CCAD Helpdesk to request (0845 300 6016 option 2).

CCAD will need your full contact details, specifically;

How do I get a user password?

In the email that CCAD send to you with the attached user ID, will be the conditions of access. You have to read these conditions fully and reply via email indicating that you understand and accept the conditions.

After replying to CCAD via email you should then contact the CCAD helpdesk on 0845 300 6016 (option 2) to request an initial password. The CCAD helpdesk will provide you with a password over the telephone; this should be immediately changed during your initial log-on.

What does my user ID look like for Lotus?

Your user ID will be sent to you in the form of an email attachment, this attachment cannot be opened or read.

What do I have to do with my user ID when I receive it?

The email from CCAD will include instructions as to how and where to save your ID file.

If you have any problems with your initial setup or access to Lotus, call the CCAD Helpdesk on 0845 300 6016 (option 2).
