The Heart Manual
The Heart Manual is a 6 week, facilitated self-help rehabilitation
programme for people recovering from a heart attack. It is based on a cognitive-behavioral
model (this is described more fully here).
The Heart Manual is provided to the NHS on a non-profit making basis by the Heart Manaul Project based at a Trust in Edinburgh
